Results and highlights:
Working with Arriva's national marketing team, Maxim helped launch the innovative ArrivaClick on-demand service in Sittingbourne, securing extensive local media coverage, including press, online, radio and TV.
Maxim has worked with Arriva to publicise a range of timetable and service changes, ranging from major alterations in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells in Kent to more localised but still important adjustments elsewhere in the region.
Support has included crisis communications needed in response to incidents involving the company's vehicles.
Proactive PR has included new fleet and route launches, community and charity initiatives - including events and sponsorship of local clubs and societies - depot open days and promotion of special offers and other marketing campaigns.
