• Kings Hill is a new 800 acre sustainable mixed-use community in Kent. It is one of the largest mixed-use developments in Europe. Kings Hill New Homes is the marketing forum of house builders currently building on site together with developer Liberty Property Trust and its development partner Kent County Council.
• The ongoing brief is to liaise with the group in order to promote the high quality lifestyle offer  the development provides and to sell the houses.
• The aim is to secure coverage for Kings Hill New Homes on features and general news pages, as well as in the residential property press.
• This is achieved by actively monitoring the fast changing world of house buying, providing expert comment from the group and finding ‘pegs’ on which to base press releases and articles.

Results and highlights

• Kings Hill is recognised as one of the most aspirational places to live in Kent.
• As well as being proactive with the media, Maxim acts as a press office for Kings Hill New Homes, taking enquiries, developing responses and monitoring coverage.
