event management
enter a short description...

event management

Hosting an event can be an effective way of reaching out to an audience, whether through a product launch, press conference, or series of seminars to position a business as an industry expert.

Whatever the event, Maxim takes on responsibility for identifying the most appropriate venue, the invite process, sourcing audio visual and graphic backdrop, and every aspect of management on the day. We take the pressure off our clients so they can concentrate on their audience.

Engaging with the community is at the heart of today’s planning legislation. The organisation of public events is a pre-requisite for major planning applications and development proposals. Maxim delivers community engagement programmes for many clients across a range of sectors.

Visit our portfolio for examples of our work in event management.

Promote and share

If you have an event to publicise then social media could be an easy way to do it. Find out where your audience is – whether it’s Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+, Vine, Instagram or any of the other numerous platforms available – and promote your event there.

Link to more information, use photos to tell people what it’s all about and encourage them to spread the word. If you are organising an event then social media can be a good way to find recommendations for suppliers.
