• Announce the creation of IBP following the merger of Quality South East (QSE) and Capital Quality Ltd (CQL).
   
• To raise the profile of IBP and the business development products its offers across London and the South East.
   
• To focus on the successful achievement of the Investors in People Standard by organisations across the region.

Results and highlights:

• After successfully launching the new organisation in June 2010, Maxim focused its attention on securing media coverage for IBP’s work with organisations achieving the Investors in People standard.
   
• Maxim has produced case studies on organisations from a wide variety of sectors that have achieved Investors in People, aimed at raising the profile of the Standard and encouraging others to work with it.
   
• Articles on employee engagement, staff development and training in both regional and trade press have raised the profile of IBP.
   
• Maxim achieved media coverage across the region when IBP partnered with another organisation to offer free training to companies in London and the South East.
